Charcuterie Class! Laurita Winery

Thursday, May 18th from 7-9pm. $99 per person.
Included in the cost is:
The Grazing Food— cheeses, meats, fruits + veggies, a dip, dried fruits + nuts, honey jar + wooden honey dipper, herbs and flowers to garnish with.
The Grazing Board— a handmade, pine wood board with the Grazing Affair logo!
The Guidance— April Collison, Founder + Owner of Grazing Affair, will guide you through creating your very own charcuterie/crudités board! She even teaches you how to do a kiwi flower!
The Gals + Pals to Swig With— enjoy the company of your friends, and fellow cheese and Laurita wine lovers, while learning to create food art!
At the end of our workshop, we wrap the Grazing Boards for you so that you can easily transport them home and show off your beautiful and delicious Graze!
