Boo at the Refuge
Forked River, NJ — September 16, 2026 — Popcorn Park Animal Refuge is getting into the Halloween spirit with the launch of its first-ever Halloween celebration, Boo at the Refuge, taking place Saturday, October 17 and Sunday, October 18 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., VIP ticket holders will receive early access beginning at 11 a.m.
Guests are invited to join Popcorn Park for a spooktacular weekend filled with Halloween fun for the whole family.
Festivities will include trick-or-treating, animal encounters, crafts, games, costumes, and more.
Attendees can also enjoy a costume parade and contest, meet Popcorn Park’s animal ambassadors, and take in the festive Halloween atmosphere throughout the Refuge.
And the fun isn’t just for the kids! Adults can enjoy spooky Halloween cocktails and beer from a selection of hauntingly good breweries while celebrating the season.
