This class is for students who want to paint watercolor like a pro. It’s a good beginners class and for intermediate artists looking to get back to basics. This class will be a strong support for you and dispel your fears. Just Start! Watercolors can be a lot of fun, and it just takes knowing a few tips & ticks to really take it to a whole new level.
We’re going to cover these basic watercolor techniques: Wet on Wet, Wet on Dry, Dry Brush, Layering & Blending, Lifting, Flat Washes, Splattering.
Practicing these techniques will train your hand to control the paint to water ratio more successfully. Each technique requires different amounts of water & pigment.
Each class will start with a demo and explanation of the How to paint the subject. All class participants’ will be reviewed during painting session and questions answered.
There’s really only one good way to ever get good at anything…Practice…practice…practice.
