SUMMARY:Barnegat Pride's 1st Annual Pride Festival
DESCRIPTION:Join Barnegat Pride as we celebrate our 1st Annual Barnegat Pride Festival for the Barnegat and beyond LGBTQIA plus community and our allys on Saturday May 31st from 11:30am – 5:00pm. \nOpening ceremony starts at 11:30am with live events and music to follow all festival long by your hostess\, Desiree Moonshine. \n$5 suggested donation for entry. Barnegat Pride is  a 501c3\, non profit organization. \nAll attendees are encouraged to bring non perishable\, non expired\, kid inspired\, food items for Waretown United Methodist Church to provide the Barnegat and Waretown School district families in need during summer break. \nFood trucks\, 11 \nVendors 70+ \nFree Kid zone (inflatable obstacle course and bouncy house) \nPhiladelphia Gay Men’s Choir \nDJ \nDrag Shows \nLive Music from local artists \nB98.5 vendor booth onsite \nOn premise raffle – all prizes must be claimed day of. Raffle winners to be called approximately 4-4:30pm. \nOn premise 50/50 – to be called day of approximately 4-4:30pm. Winner need not be present. \n\nCommunity partners: Barnegat Police Department\, Barnegat Recreation Department\, Barnegat Fire Department\, Barnegat First Aid Department\, Rotary Club of Barnegat\, Waretown United Methodist Church\, Garden State Equality\, Atlantic County Queer Alliance\, NJ Division of Civil Rights\, Toms River Pride\, Seaside Heights Pride\, Trans Equity Coalition\, Free Mom Hugs. \nThis is a family friendly event open to all who respect and support 🙏 the community.
