DESCRIPTION:In partnership with The Shy Empress\, With Love Yoga\, and Live Jennuinely\, join us for a Spring Renewal workshop centered on Women’s Wellness Sunday\, March 15 from 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm. \nWe will focus on mindful birding\, messages from nature\, sound healing\, reflective journaling\, brainspotting and community. \nAll are welcome to join our friendly and respectful workshops! \nOur event will take place inside Pink Moon Yoga & Wellness in Silverton\, NJ.
