DESCRIPTION:Bay Head Halloween Parade & Costume Contest \nOctober 31st \nRegistration & Start of the Parade/Costume Contest is on the corner of Mount St and Lake Avenue \nPre-Registered check in begins at 11:15am & ends promptly at 11:45am \nRain or shine event. Pre-Register to get email updates if we need to move this event indoors due to weather. \nAwards: 1st place and runner up trophies for each category \nClassic\, Spooky\, Creative\, Pop Culture\, Animals & Creatures\, Groups & Duos \n1st\, 2nd and 3rd Place Medals in each Age Group \n0-2 Year olds \n3-4 year olds \n5-6 year olds \n7-11 year olds \nParade begins at noon sharp at the corner of Mount St and Lake Avenue. It travels North on Lake Avenue and turns left on Bridge Avenue (passing the shops)\, \nthe Parade then takes a left into the community parking lot and finishes at the end of the parking lot in Centennial Park. \n
