DESCRIPTION:5th Annual Silver Linings Senior Health Fair \nHealth and Wellness Program Free to all seniors over 55. \nSaturday April 11\, 2026    10am-3pm \nFirst Presbyterian Church of Tuckerton \n210 E Main Street (across from Dunkin) \nFree hot served lunch \nFREE senior health screening and information workshop for all area seniors. \nMust reserve a lunch seating. \nIncludes lunch\, chair yoga\, guided meditation\, hand massage\, screenings for BP\, hearing\, cognitive impairment\, strength and balance\, breath work. \nArt activities\, aroma and sound therapy and more! \nOffered by First Presbyterian Church of Tuckerton \nThe sit down lunch is optional.
