DESCRIPTION:New “Mobility Moves” class begins on 1/6/26 through 12/29/26 at Ocean Acres Community Center. \nClasses are held every Tuesday at 10:30AM and will be a hybrid of chair and standing exercises. \nThe class is designed for older adults\, specifically those with age-related conditions that want to work on mobility\, range of motion and balance. \nJoin certified yoga and fitness instructors\, Angie and Stephanie new classes c/o Stafford Township Rec Department \nFunctional fitness routines with the use of a chair\, light weights and bands that allow you to feel stronger and move easier at every age. \nTo prevent falls\, exercise \nExercise is the only intervention that significantly reduces a person’s risk of falling\, among older people. For the young boy\, two other disturbances occur that summer. The sisters acquire their first radio\, whose music transforms them from correct Catholic women to shrieking\, stomping banshees in their own kitchen. And he meets his father for the first time\, a charming Welsh drifter who strolls up the lane and sweeps his mother away in an elegant dance across the fields. From these small events spring the cracks that destroy the foundation of the family forever.
