DESCRIPTION:New “Mobility Moves” class begins on 1/6/26 through 12/29/26 at Ocean Acres Community Center. \nClasses are held every Tuesday at 10:30AM and will be a hybrid of chair and standing exercises. \nThe class is designed for older adults\, specifically those with age-related conditions that want to work on mobility\, range of motion and balance. \nJoin certified yoga and fitness instructors\, Angie and Stephanie new classes c/o Stafford Township Rec Department \nFunctional fitness routines with the use of a chair\, light weights and bands that allow you to feel stronger and move easier at every age. \nTo prevent falls\, exercise \nExercise is the only intervention that significantly reduces a person’s risk of falling\, among older people. DESCRIPTION:Tuesday & Thursday\, 6/9/2026 & 6/11/2026 6:00pm to 9:30pm Pt Pleasant Womens Club \n513 St Louis Ave \nPoint Pleasant Beach\, NJ  08742   Ocean County \n\nGet your NJ Boating Safety Certificate and be ready for the summer!  NASBLA certified classes – use your NJ boat Safety Certificate in other states!  Our instructors will provide you with a fun-filled and educational look at Boat Safety in New Jersey. \n\nIf you are operating a personal watercraft (Jet Ski\, Wave Runner\, etc.)\, or a power vessel on the waters of the State of New Jersey you are required to possess a New Jersey boat safety certificate.
