DESCRIPTION:New “Mobility Moves” class begins on 1/6/26 through 12/29/26 at Ocean Acres Community Center. \nClasses are held every Tuesday at 10:30AM and will be a hybrid of chair and standing exercises. \nThe class is designed for older adults\, specifically those with age-related conditions that want to work on mobility\, range of motion and balance. \nJoin certified yoga and fitness instructors\, Angie and Stephanie new classes c/o Stafford Township Rec Department \nFunctional fitness routines with the use of a chair\, light weights and bands that allow you to feel stronger and move easier at every age. \nTo prevent falls\, exercise \nExercise is the only intervention that significantly reduces a person’s risk of falling\, among older people. DESCRIPTION:As our primary fundraiser\, US Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla 16-07 of Manasquan Inlet hosts a boat safety certificate course for people to earn their NJ Boating Safety Certificate. \nNew Jersey requires all motorized boat and jet ski operators to obtain a Boating Safety Certificate by completing an approved course (with a proctored exam) to legally operate on state waters.
