DESCRIPTION:Womens’ Surf Retreat Camp \nDates: July 11\, 2026 \nTime:  8:00am – 11:30am \nLocation: Ortley Beach\, 2nd Avenue \nAges:  17+ years old \nJoin Coastline Adventures and Toms River Recreation for this surf camp for beginner to advanced level surfers. \nParticipants MUST know how to swim. \nSurfboard\, leash and rash guards are provided for use during class.  Participants may bring their own rash guards or wetsuits. \nBeach badges are NOT required to attend class or for guardians to watch class but are required if participants or guardians plan on staying after class ends. \nExperience the beauty and energy of the ocean while learning to surf or advance your skills in a welcoming\, supportive community of women. \nOur 3.5-hour Women’s Surf Camp blends skill-building\, wellness\, and connection for an empowering day at the beach. \nSmall groups allow for personalized attention. \nEnjoy a qi gong and yoga warm-up to prepare you to learn essential surf fundamentals including ocean safety\, surf etiquette\, paddling\, popping up\, wave selection\, and riding skills through expert coaching and progressive practice. The camp includes both land and water instruction\, and all equipment is provided. \nPerfect for beginners or anyone looking to refresh their skills and build confidence in the ocean. \nDress for the beach and bring sunscreen\, towel\, drinks\, snacks\, if needed\, and footwear (bathrooms and hot sand). \nWe reserve the right to delay\, postpone\, change the amount of land and/or water participation time\, or reschedule camp due to inclement weather\, high winds\, and/or dangerous ocean conditions. \n Coastline Adventures Surfing School is accredited by the National Surf/SUP Schools and Instructors Association and brings over 30 years of professional experience providing safe\, high-quality surf\, bodyboard\, and stand-up paddleboard instruction throughout the Jersey Shore.
