This class meets the State of New Jersey – Division of State Police Marine Law Enforcement requirements for boat safety education. \nTemporary certifications will be given upon successful completion of the course.  All Boat Safe US Courses are approved by the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA) and recognized by the U.S. Coast Guard. \nRegister for the class at  www.boatsafeus.com/schedule-class \n609-613-2339 \nClasses are $110 and are completed in a one-day class (8 1/2  hour day including lunch break and test time) or in two evenings (two 3 1/2 hour classes with mandatory homework). \nAt the conclusion of the class\, every student\, age 13 and over\, will receive a valid New Jersey State Boaters Safety Certificate. \nThis Certificate is valid for Power Boats and Jet Skis (age 16 and over) and is accepted throughout many states as a valid form of having completed a Boaters Safety Course. \nProctored Exams Available!! DESCRIPTION:Ebenezer Tucker\, for whom Tuckerton was named\, was a very accomplished citizen. \nHe will be speaking about his life and contributions to the United States\, New Jersey and Tuckerton including serving under General George Washington in the Revolutionary War. \nThe Tuckerton “Crik” Museum and gift shop will be open and refreshments will be available. \nThere will also be antique and craft vendors on the grounds of the museum as the event is being held in conjunction with the Tuckerton Town-Wide Yard Sale. \nThis program is being held during the Historical Society’s participation in the Tuckerton Town-Wide Yard Sale and although Ebenezer is speaking at 2pm he will be mingling with visitors from 12pm-4pm. \nhttp://tuckertonhistoricalsociety.org \ntuckertonhistoricalsociety@gmail.com \n(856) 630-8899
