DESCRIPTION:You are invited to celebrate Memorial Day\, May 25th\,  2026 with Plumsted Township. \nJoin us at our Annual Memorial Day Parade\, beginning at 1pm\, as we honor our heroes with music\, marching bands\, floats and community pride. \nThe parade starts in front of the Dr. Gerald H. Woehr Elementary School\, 44 N. Main St.\, travels south onto Main St. Downtown\, and concludes at Meadowbrook La. at approximately 2:15pm. \nA Memorial Day Service will be held at American Legion Post 445 immediately after the entire parade finishes. \nLight refreshments will be served following the service. \nAlso\, please do not miss your opportunity to participate in this year’s parade. \nPlumsted encourages color guards\, floats bands\, non-profit organizations\, emergency vehicles\, farm vehicles\, antique and specialty cars\, among other groups to partake\, \nreflecting the tapestry of our rural community. \nplumsted.org
