Start to Finish:  Pencil to Painting in Watercolor Instructor Tom Rutledge.  Tom will discuss how to kick start the painting process.  He will touch base on the three steps to developing your photo into a painting.  First the pencil sketch, next your color value study and then how to finish your painting.  You can work from your photos or the ones that are emailed to you.  Register online at http://www.pineshoresartassociation.org.
