Health and Wellness Program Free to all seniors over 55.

Free hot served lunch

FREE senior health screening and information workshop for all area seniors.

Must reserve a lunch seating.

Includes lunch, chair yoga, guided meditation, hand massage, screenings for BP, hearing, cognitive impairment, strength and balance, breath work.

Art activities, aroma and sound therapy and more!
