Shaker Cheese Basket Class

Join Niki for this exciting workshop where students will complete a Shaker Cheese basket.
This type of basket was traditionally lined with cheese cloth, filled with curds and whey, and when the time came to remove the cured curds from the basket,
the cheese wheel would be a six sided shape. This basket is for intermediate or very patient beginners.
