Join Marie for a a two day workshop that provides a simple and fast way of simplifying architecture by adding foliage.
Leave the tight, drab, and laborious style behind and take your paintings to a new level.
Students will begin with a quick exercise in perspective and learn the basics when drawing a building.
Simple fixes using foliage adds interest to your painting but also resolves complicated areas that might be difficult to draw.
There will be a composition discussion and students will be encouraged to see relationships in angles, size, position and value.
You will learn to look beyond the photograph to enhance the beauty of what you want the viewer to see.
The results will be fresh, clean, and luminous when using proper brush techniques and the direct painting method.
