Join us for a relaxing outdoor teatime yoga session combining gentle movement, fresh air, and a refreshing post-practice tea service. Perfect for all levels — beginners welcome.
What: Gentle yoga class (stretch, breathwork, and guided relaxation) followed by a curated selection of light refreshments and pots of gourmet tea.
Where: Garden at The Mathis House
Who: Open to all of any fitness levels; mats and props welcome, but bring your own if possible.
What to bring: yoga mat, water bottle, towel, light jacket or blanket for post-yoga tea.
Refreshments: herbal and gourmet teas, fresh fruit, tea sandwiches, and a petite sweet.
Size & cost: small-group format to preserve a peaceful atmosphere — preregistration recommended.
