High School Seniors to Adult
Explore the process of Indirect Oil Painting which will include developing a working knowledge of materials, techniques and design fundamentals. Specifically, we will start with a monochromatic underpainting and progress to using color glazes which give the painting a more luminescent appearance.
Included will be working with a grid, rendering form through contrast, using “artistic license” for personal expression and the use of paints and mediums which allow for quick drying times compared to traditional methods of oil painting.
