YOGA ANYONE? This is the perfect beginning Mat-Based Class TEENS-Schools out! Start your summer Thursdays with Yoga!
(Thursdays for 5-weeks/adult and teen) Instructor contact info: Donna Rovere Thursdays – August 3, 10, 17, 24, 31; 8:30-9:30 am; Walk-ins welcome.
5-weeks for $50 members & non-members
The class format will be Gentle Yoga (slow paced, no standing).
Emphasis will be on static stretching to improve flexibility, joint mobility and range of motion.
A perfect class for beginners! Any questions can be directed to Donna.
There will be a Yoga Waiver Form that will need to be signed by every participant See Donna’s Bio on website.
