The New Jersey Chamber Singers’ December program weaves together music from across centuries and cultures, illuminating themes of hope, comfort, and wonder.
From the jubilant call of Gaudete and the Quechuan processional Hanacpachap cussicuinin, to Joel Thompson’s tender setting of The Rose and Ivar Widén’s luminous Bethlehem stjärna,
each work reflects the ways music has carried light through darkness.
