“Charting a Path to More Joy After Grief”
Sandra Levine, Filmmaker & Podcast Producer In life, we all experience loss—whether through the death of a loved one, a divorce, or from wounds less obvious. Grief is a sign we loved and cared. It’s not something we get over; rather, we learn to live well alongside it, in time.
Filmmaker Sandra Levine spent 20 years as a caregiver—first for her husband, who had a debilitating brain injury, and then for her mother, who was devastated by Alzheimer’s disease. In her inspiring presentation, Sandy explains the path she charted to intentionally bring more joy into her life. You’ll leave empowered—no matter your circumstances—to give some of her ideas a try, so you will feel more joyful, too.
