Mobility Moves

New “Mobility Moves” class begins on 1/6/26 at Ocean Acres Community Center.

Classes are held every Tuesday at 10:30AM and will be a hybrid of chair and standing exercises.

The class is designed for older adults, specifically those with age-related conditions that want to work on mobility, range of motion and balance.
