Intro to Shadow Work

Join Rachel as we learn about shadow work and have an open discussion about current struggles, ways to cope, and plans to improve.
This will be a multi part series that meets once a month. Open to all.

…the owner of New Moon Counseling, LLC, a virtual private practice serving adults in New Jersey and Florida.
Her goal is to assist clients in becoming their true selves.
Over the years, she has discovered a passion to help people remove their mask and form a connection with themselves that they never knew was possible.
Rachel’s counseling style is eclectic and her techniques are not limited and ever changing with new information being discovered.
The focus is on shadow-work, mindfulness, and holistic treatment styles. She incorporates the mind, body, and spirit.
We all have the power within us to make positive changes, learn about ourselves, set goals, and feel better.
Workshop is $25 per participant.
