Fused Glass Suncatcher

This workshop is open to all skill levels (beginners welcome—no prior glass experience needed).

With area expert, Cheryl Syminink, you’ll create one fused glass suncatcher featuring a 5-inch circle design while learning basic glass-cutting and shaping techniques, safe tool handling, composition and design fundamentals for fusing, and how fused projects are prepared for firing.

All materials are included, including glass for one 5-inch circular suncatcher, use of studio tools and supplies, and kiln firing.

Please bring a simple design idea or inspiration for your 5-inch circle (we’ll help you refine it in class),

After class, your piece will be kiln-fired and finished.  It will be ready for pickup at our Tuckerton location approximately one week after the workshop.

Students will receive a notification with pickup instructions.
