Dramatic Skies in Watercolor

Instructor Joe Milligan. Working with a limited palette, we will explore techniques and materials for creating dramatic skies with watercolor.
A dramatic sky is not always stormy or filled with clouds. We’ll see how we can paint skies that will enhance a subject or could be the primary focus of a painting itself.
