Chef It Up KIDS – Spring -Themed Cupcakes with Toms River Recreation

Location: Toms River Recreation Youth Services Center

Grades: K-3

Description:  Each child will learn to work with fondant, a pliable edible icing that can rolled, sculpted and shaped, and other decorating techniques to decorate four Spring-Themed cupcakes to take home and WOW their family!!
