Capturing the Landscape, you’ll learn how to slow down, simplify what you see, and translate it into a luminous watercolor painting—step by approachable step.

Designed especially for adult novice watercolor students, this two-day immersive workshop focuses on the essential building blocks of landscape painting: composition, value, color harmony, and expressive brushwork .

Working from either your own photo reference or alongside the instructor’s demonstration, you’ll learn how to plan and paint skies, trees, land, and reflections with confidence and intention.

This is a supportive, encouraging environment where questions are welcome, perfection is not required, and progress is guaranteed.
