3rd Annual Silver Linings Senior Health and Wellness Workshop
First Presbyterian Church is holding a senior health workshop free to the public offering BP, hearing, cognitive, and balance/strength screenings, guided meditation, chair yoga, hand massage, art activity, nutritious lunch, and much more.
This event fills quickly. You must make reservations for one of our three lunch seatings at 11:30, 12:30 or 1:30. Information and service is done at your pace through stations so spend as much or little time as you like through the day. To reserve a place call 609-296-8894.
