2nd Annual Green Island Fall Festival

Fall festival vendor recruitment flyer for the G.I.C.A. 2nd Annual Fall Fest on Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Green Island Community Association Clubhouse, 100 Green Island Road, Toms River, NJ. The event features outside vendors, food trucks, music, kids’ activities, and community fun. Vendor spaces are 10’ x 10’ for $25, and food truck spaces are $75. Registration and payment are required, with limited spaces available.

We will have Children’s Games including Pumpkin Bowling, Pumpkin Ring Toss, Pumpkin Painting. (And, if you want to be a sponsor we will advertise your business.

We have sold all inside space but have quite a few outside spaces on our beautiful clubhouse beach available for only $25.00 for a 10′ X 10′ space.

All the vendors last year did quite well, so come on out and have fun selling your crafts and unique merchandise.

The event is open to the public, so we want to promote to the Toms River and surrounding community.

We have two live bands, starting at 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.- The Linden Boys returning for their 2nd year, and 1 – 4 p.m. – Nobody You’d Know — all great, fun musicians.

There is nothing like live music on the beach on a beautiful Autumn Day!

We have three food trucks so far, with a few more to follow up with.
Sweet Carolina Barbecue Co. and Mr. Softee will be returning and joined by Ciao Pizza! Yummy!!!!

We invite you to bring your beach chairs to hang, rock out and eat after doing your holiday shopping with our amazing roster of craft and unique product vendors!
