| The NJ Business Action Center recently published a Small Business Manual, a valuable and easy-to-navigate resource for business owners and entrepreneurs. This publication covers topics such as establishing a business, filing taxes and annual reports, applying for licenses, exporting, and creating business plans. It can serve as a resource for patrons as well as librarians answering business reference questions.
