Imagine and Achieve: Vision Board for Adults and Seniors

Participants will have the opportunity to engage in a unique and enriching experience of self-reflection and creative expression through the art of collage-making. This activity is designed to help individuals explore their aspirations, desires, and goals by bringing them to life through the creation of a vision board. A vision board is a visual depiction of one’s aspirations, dreams and goals using mixed-media materials.  Enhance your vision board by bringing your own special pictures to this program.
