The Downtown Toms River Business Improvement District will be hosting a kick-off breakfast at The Downtown Shops @ 53 Main, 53 Main St. from 10am-12pm.
Fuel up with some breakfast and then head out to tackle that holiday shopping list.
Free 4 hour parking in the Irons Street lot, located behind The Wells Fargo Bank!
