PSAA: Compose a Better Landscape

While the placement of trees can make or break a landscape painting, there is more to landscape painting than trees.

Tom will discuss and demonstrate the concepts that unify a composition as well as how to achieve that sense of unity.

He will talk about painting with AND without the use of reference photos or material.  He will show students how to do both.

Painters create better landscapes by developing observation and memory retention techniques. The medium for this class is watercolor.
